This is your chance to come and look around Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, try our Gym and meet our fantastic team – they will be on hand to answer all of your enquiries. You don’t have to be a member of our centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family down too?

Free Gym Sessions for Adults
Our friendly gym and fitness team are waiting to help you and show you around whilst providing free, on-the-spot inductions across the weekend.
We can also provide you with a FREE Boditrax Scan: This is an amazingly clever system that assesses your body and, very quickly, delivers 14 different measurements, such as your ideal weight, your BMI and your metabolic age, as well as your fat and muscle mass. It's completely free to use, and you can also get a free review of your results.

Fitness Class Taster Sessions
Spaces are limited for these classes, please book ahead…
Our instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques of our most popular classes. These classes are designed as an introduction and will get you started on your fitness Journey.
Saturday
- 9am - 10am : Virtual Indoor Cycling: Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
- 10am - 11am: Pilates: Combining the physique of ancient Greeks with the meditative strength of the east. originally a favourite of ballerina and professional dancers, Pilates is now a mainstream exercise method
Sunday
- 10am - 11.30am: Yoga - Our Yoga classes integrate the posture, breathing and meditation to harmonise you on every level. body, mind and spirit
- 12pm - 1pm : Virtual Indoor Cycling: Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
