New Gym Features Coming To Bisham Abbey
The gym at Bisham Abbey will this month benefit from some fantastic improvements which will provide members with a much improved health and fitness experience!
Work has already started on upgrading the male changing rooms – these works are due to be completed on Tuesday 1st April.
The gym floor space will be further utilised with work beginning on building a "stretch zone" to help members and athletes limber up before their workouts. There'll be some small changes to the layout of the workout stations – and staff will be on hand to speak with any members about the changes and take on feedback that the team can take forward.
Bisham Abbey has also announced the introduction of EGYM.
The new EGYM equipment will consist of over 10 stations including Seated Row, Leg Press and Lat Pulldown. EGYM provides data-based guidance to help you stay motivated and achieve your goals. The new EGYM kit is anticipated to be in place around the 25th March – with a launch date for members shortly after.
The great news is that all of these changes and installations will have little to no effect to members’ daily routine - the gym will remain open throughout.
Bisham Abbey Contract Manager, Stacey Caswell, said: “These improvements will really add a new dimension to the health and wellbeing experience at Bisham Abbey.
"The introduction of EGYM is so exciting and it gives our members a whole new fitness concept to get involved with. These ongoing improvements really cement Bisham’s reputation as a true home of sport, and we can’t wait to hear the positive impact these changes will have on our community.”
