We also have newly refurbished office spaces and meeting rooms available to hire in our National Sports Centre. These creative, modern spaces are intrinsically linked with sporting history to provide an inspiring setting for your meeting.
The Henry VIII Room
The former bedroom of Henry VIII, this room is a formal boardroom and provides a flexible and versatile meeting room accommodating up to 16 guests boardroom style.
The room includes use of a 65" screen with the latest touchscreen technology.
Sonning Room
The Sonning room accommodates up to 40 delegates and is ideal for smaller meetings.

The Margaret Dickinson Lounge
The Margaret Dickinson Lounge is perfect for more relaxed meetings and incorporates a bar and opens out onto the riverside lawn, giving spectacular views across the picturesque grounds.
The Margaret Dickinson Lounge is also available in conjunction with the adjacent Sonning room.
London & Rio Combined Room
Located in our Work Hub on the first floor of our Main Building, the London & Rio meeting rooms can be combined into a modern conferencing space ideal for smaller events. Delegates will have access to our stylish kitchen facilities as well as our unique breakout spaces, including our privacy booths. These rooms are conveniently located above our Refuel Café, serving a whole host of hot and cold food and drink.

We have a number of simple office desks available to hire, these are located in our open plan office space. Each desk is equipped with two monitors, a mouse, keyboard so all you need is your laptop.
If you book any area within our office space, you’ll have access to our private booths for any confidential conversations you may need to have during the day. You will also be able to use the kitchen facilities, featuring complimentary hot drinks, fridge and dishwasher.

Our extensive grounds are perfect for team building activities. We work with a number of specialists to ensure the perfect activity for your team, from challenges and teamwork activities to interactive communication sessions.
Activities can be arranged either as a fun session at the end of the working day or can be specially designed to help improve morale and communication amongst team members.
