What is Personal Training?​

Personal Training is a holistic approach to achieving your goals. A Personal Trainer takes into consideration your whole lifestyle, including nutrition, sleep, and stress to create a very personalised approach to achieving your goals. You can decide the level of support required from a Personal Trainer, depending on your time and budget, with sessions starting as little as 30 minutes which you can commit to as frequently or infrequently as you'd like. Single sessions start from £22 and block packages of four start from £88 with further PT block packages available.​​​

Perhaps you're looking for extra motivation to reach a particular goal or you want to build confidence in the gym. One-to-one sessions with our dedicated trainers can make a real difference to your health and wellbeing as well as your results.

A 1-2-1 session with a Personal Trainer can help you truly reach your health and fitness goals. We have a range of flexible options, including spreading the cost and training with a partner or friend, or even in a small group.

Our Personal Trainers will provide a complimentary consultation where they will assess your current exercise and lifestyle habits, and suggest a plan that’s relevant to you. 

We have a variety of Personal Training options to suit everyone and want to make Personal Training as accessible as possible for everyone so you can be the best version of yourself.

Pay as you go, commit to getting fit with our 12-week package options or add Personal Training to your membership as a regular service.

Robert Barbu

I'm the Health & Fitness manager at Bisham Abbey. With over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people, helping them achieve their unique goals – whether fat loss, muscle building, injury recovery or simply improving their day-to-day functionality. My approach is built on understanding the individual and tailoring the programs to their specific needs. 

My passion lies in helping people move better, feel stronger, and have more functionality within their bodies. 

Jolanta Zapadka

My name is Jolanta and I am extremely passionate about fitness and strive to share my passion with others. I am a firm believer that exercise can enrich your life not only in the gym, but also in other life domains.

I can support achieving the following goals:

  • Resistance training
  • Strength improvement
  • Muscle building, weight loss and/or body re-composition
  • Form correction
  • Mobility and flexibility

Tim Wallis-Caddell

I’m a Personal Trainer here at Bisham Abbey. As a former rower and rowing coach, I’ve had the privilege of representing Great Britain. Now, I bring that same dedication and expertise to help individuals of all abilities find their calling in the gym. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been in the gym before, I will work with you to gain confidence.

My passion lies in strength training and muscle building. Whether you're an athlete or just starting your fitness journey, I’ll work with you to find your spark and achieve your goals. With a technical background in sport, I’m not just about lifting weights — I’m here to help you master your form and movement, no matter your starting point.

Rebecca Myers

I can provide a holistic approach to health & wellbeing, be it physical, mental or nutritional. I focus on the busy professional – working with them to improve their health so they can improve their productivity at work and enjoy their lives more at home.

I work with a vast range of ages, abilities and needs and really focus on personalised goals and results that my Clients and I can be proud of. I can take away the potential fear and anxiety of training in a gym and help my clients learn to enjoy the journey.

Dhani West

I’ve recently graduated from The University of Lincoln and I have over 1,500 hours of practical experience working with clients to achieve their fitness goals. My practical experience includes 1-1 programming with a wide range of ages and abilities as well as designing and conducting metabolic conditioning / functional fitness classes.

My passion is to understand people’s needs, aspirations and goals and to work with them to achieve their desired results efficiently. Whether it’s working with a client playing sport, understanding their positional specific or fundamental needs pre, during or in the off-season, or helping clients improve their health and wellbeing, including postural and functional ability alongside strength and muscle toning to make client’s feel great. 

Kyle Bramwell

With over five years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in strength training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and general fitness. My passion for training drives me to keep learning and evolving so I can bring the best knowledge and methods to my clients. I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, from those returning after injury to athletes preparing for competitions. My goal is to help you train efficiently and effectively, fitting fitness seamlessly into your busy lifestyle. Let’s work together to build strength, confidence, and lasting results!

Harry Pritchard

With over 16 years of experience as a footballer competing from non-league to League One, fitness and sport have always been at the heart of my life. Alongside football I have been a personal trainer for 12 years where I’ve been helping people of all abilities unlock their full potential.

I’ve delivered over 1,000 group exercise classes and hundreds of personal training sessions, and I pride myself on building an inclusive, supportive community where everyone feels welcome - whether you’re taking your first step into fitness or looking to push your performance to the next level.

Fitness isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.
