Terms & Conditions - Win a Wedding

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, operated by Serco Leisure Operating Limited.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
2.2 Entrants must be legally free to marry or enter a civil partnership.
2.3 Entrants must not already be married or in a civil partnership at the time of entry.
2.4 Employees of Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, Serco Leisure Operating Limited, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.5 Only one entry per couple is permitted.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry must be made via the official competition channel as stated in the promotional material.
3.2 Entrants must complete all required details as part of the entry process.
3.3 By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre (you may opt out at any time).
3.4 Incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
4. Competition Period
4.1 The competition closes on 17th May 2026 and no entries received after 11:59pm will be included in the prize draw
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 One winning couple will be selected at random from all valid entries.
5.2 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. The Prize
6.1 The prize is a wedding package at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.
6.2 The prize includes:
· Venue hire for the wedding reception
· Welcome drink for up to 40 guests
· Three-course wedding breakfast for up to 40 guests
· Half a bottle of house wine per guest
· Tea, coffee and petit fours
· A celebratory glass of Prosecco for the toast
· Bridal suite for the night of the wedding
· Dedicated wedding coordinator
6.3 The prize is valid for weekday weddings only and is subject to availability.
7. Prize Conditions
7.1 The wedding date must be agreed with the venue and is subject to availability.
7.2 The prize must be redeemed before 17th May 2027.
7.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. 7.4 The package is based on a maximum of 40 guests; additional guests will be charged at the venue’s standard rates.
8. Exclusions
8.1 The prize does not include:
- Ceremony or registrar fees
- Evening reception or additional catering
- External suppliers (e.g. photographer, florist, entertainment)
- Additional guests beyond the included package
- Accommodation beyond the Bridal Suite on the day of the wedding
- Any upgrades or optional extras
8.2 Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
9. Supplier Responsibility
9.1 Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre is not responsible for the services provided by any third-party suppliers booked by the winner.
10. Publicity
10.1 The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including photography, video and social media content.
11. General
11.1 The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time.
11.2 The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3 Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
